Who we are

What you send us

When you ask for a quote, the form collects your name, a phone number or email address for our reply, the property address, town and ZIP code, the services you choose and anything you write about the job. If you call or text us, we receive your number and your message, including any photos you send.

How we use it

We use your details to reply, prepare your quote, schedule the work and keep records of the jobs we do. We don’t sell your details or use them for advertising.

If we text you, it’s about your request or your job.

Where your request goes

Our website runs on Cloudflare. When you send the quote form, Cloudflare passes it to Resend, an email delivery service, which delivers it to our business inbox. Each request gets a reference number so photos you text us can be matched to it.

To keep out spam, the quote page uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser, and your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions.

What the website keeps in your browser

While you plan a quote, the site remembers the services you picked and your town in your browser’s session storage, so they carry over between pages. It doesn’t store your name, contact details or address there, and your browser clears it when you close the tab.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn’t use cookies or build a profile of you.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to answer you, do the work and keep our business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@cleanandfreshpw.com or calling (865) 771-1407. You can also ask us to stop texting you at any time.

If our handling of your details changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
