What affects the cost of pressure washing?
There’s no one-size price, because no two properties are the same. Your free quote is based on how much there is to clean, what it’s made of, what’s on it and how we reach it. Here’s what we look at.

Size and height
The size of a driveway or house gives us a starting point. Height matters too: reaching a second-story wall takes a different setup from cleaning at ground level.
What we’re cleaning off
Everyday dirt and algae are different from red clay and rust stains. Two similar driveways can need different cleaners and different amounts of work.
You don’t have to identify the stain yourself. Photos and a description will help us understand what you’re seeing.
The material and finish
Concrete, wood, brick and shingles need different care. Paint, sealers and worn or damaged areas can also change how we clean. You can read more about each on our services page.
Getting to the area
We’ll need to know where we can park, how far the hose will run and whether there’s a water supply. Plants, drains, furniture and neighboring property can affect the setup too.
For commercial jobs, access and where the wash water will go are also part of planning the work.
