Illustration of orange clay staining on concrete beside a house wall

Orange marks on concrete, brick or siding.

Red clay splash and rust leave orange marks that ordinary washing can’t lift. They need a treatment matched to both the stain and the surface underneath.

Where does the color start?

Tell us where the marks begin and what you’ve already tried. Older stains can improve, though some discoloration may remain.

Illustration of green algae across horizontal house siding

A green film on the side of your home.

Algae, pollen and dirt build up fastest on shaded walls. A house wash lifts them with detergent and a low-pressure rinse on suitable siding, brick and trim.

What a house wash covers

Windows, frames and screens get a basic rinse too. Faded or chalky paint is a change to the finish rather than dirt, so we’ll talk about it separately.

Weathered concrete driveway with darker organic buildup near plantings beside a brick house

Dark patches on the driveway or patio.

Dirt and organic growth settle into textured concrete, especially in the shade. A surface cleaner gives even, consistent coverage across sound poured concrete.

Include the connecting areas

Walks, patios and pool decks can go in the same quote. Oil, rust and red clay stains may need treatment beyond the general clean.

Illustration of dark streaks across a gray shingle roof, showing the slope from ridge to eave

Black streaks running down the roof.

Dark streaks on shingles are often algae. We treat organic buildup on suitable asphalt-shingle and coated-metal roofs with detergent and low pressure, matched to the roofing material.

Check the roof’s condition first

Tell us about leaks, worn areas, moss or lichen. Cleaning treats buildup; damaged roofing may need a roofer first.

Illustration of dark tiger stripes on a white gutter projecting in front of separate fascia and soffit

Dark stripes on the outside of the gutters.

Tiger stripes can stay on painted gutter faces even after a house wash. A suitable cleaner and soft-bristle brushing lift those stubborn exterior marks.

The outside face only

This service cleans the outside face visible from the ground. It does not remove leaves from inside the gutter, clear downspouts or repair the finish.

Illustration of weathered gray deck boards with darker grain and joints

Gray, weathered decks and fences.

Sun, soil, growth and old coatings all dull exterior wood. Low-pressure cleaning and suitable brightening can bring back more of its natural tone.

Cleaning isn’t refinishing

Tell us about any paint or stain on the wood. Sanding, board repairs, staining and refinishing are separate work.

Siding & walls

Detergent loosens dirt, pollen and organic growth, then a low-pressure rinse carries it away. Faded or damaged finishes are a separate conversation.

Painted trim

Trim is washed along with the walls. Striped gutter faces may need exterior gutter whitening as well.

Windows, too

Glass, frames and screens get a basic rinse with every house wash. Spot-free detailing isn’t included.
