How we work
The surface sets the method.
A driveway can take pressure that would damage siding or shingles, so different parts of your home get different equipment and cleaners. Siding gets detergent and a low-pressure rinse, roofs get a low-pressure treatment, and sound concrete gets a surface cleaner for even coverage.
Before choosing a method, we assess the material and its visible condition, including old paint, loose mortar and oxidation.

No surprises in your quote.
Your quote lists the areas we’ll clean and any work that needs a separate treatment, such as red clay or rust removal. We’ll explain the plan before you book.
The price we quote is the price you pay unless you change the scope, even if we under-estimated the job. You don’t pay until the work is done, and you don’t need to be home while we work.
Cleaning can remove algae, mildew and everyday dirt, but it won’t repair peeling paint, damaged wood or leaks. If something needs a repair or a stain is likely to remain, we’ll talk with you about it.
