Customer entrances and working areas

Illustrative property study: public entrances and service areas can call for different cleaning plans.

A commercial property can have several cleaning jobs in a small footprint. Foot traffic grinds grime into the entrance, shaded sidewalks grow green, and service areas and dumpster pads collect grease and heavier buildup. Each area has its own surface, use and access, so a useful quote treats them separately.

We clean storefronts, exterior walls, entrances, sidewalks and agreed service areas, including dumpster pads. Customer approaches and delivery routes are planned alongside the cleaning itself, and your operating hours, water access and drainage shape how the work is arranged.

Walks & approaches

Include sidewalks and the routes customers and deliveries use. Water access and drainage shape the plan.

Service areas & pads

Dumpster pads can be included. Tell us whether you want the pad alone or the surrounding service area too.

Planning the work around your business

The method follows the material and the buildup: concrete flatwork, masonry and painted or sided walls each get their own treatment, with detergent doing much of the work. Traffic grime, grease and mineral staining are identified when setting the scope. For dumpster pads, we agree whether the work covers the pad alone or the surrounding service area too, then plan access and drainage for it.

Scheduling and property requirements

Can work be scheduled outside business hours?

Tell us when the property is available and which entrances, customer paths and delivery routes need to stay open. Lighting, water access, drainage and the extent of the cleaning all affect whether a proposed time works.

We confirm arrangements after reviewing those details; an enquiry doesn’t assume overnight or after-hours availability. If different areas have different access windows, list them with the areas to clean.

Can I request a certificate of insurance or specific documentation?

Yes. Clean and Fresh carries $2 million in general liability coverage. Include your certificate or documentation requirements with your quote request so we can review what your property needs.

Is dumpster pad cleaning a separate service?

Dumpster pad cleaning is part of Commercial Pressure Washing. It can be the only area you need quoted, or part of a wider clean that includes the surrounding service area and customer approaches.

Describe the pad, the buildup and the access. Mark the surrounding areas you want included, so the quote sets out exactly what’s covered and everyone works from the same scope.

Are concrete, masonry, and exterior walls cleaned the same way?

No. Concrete flatwork, masonry joints and painted or sided walls need different approaches, and the cleaner and rinse pressure also depend on whether the problem is traffic grime, organic growth, grease or a mineral stain.

A property with several materials can still go in one enquiry. Identify each area and any coatings, repairs or stubborn stains, and we’ll account for those differences.

How is commercial pressure washing priced?

Every commercial job is quoted for the specific property, and quotes are free. The price depends on each area’s surface and buildup, drainage, access, foot traffic and when the work can happen. A wide photo and a close-up can start the quote, we can often measure with GPS-assisted tools, and we visit when the property needs it or you’d prefer it. Your quote spells out what’s included, and the price only changes if you change the scope. You don’t pay until the work is done.
