Every house wash includes a basic exterior rinse of your windows, frames and screens, clearing the cobwebs, pollen and outdoor film that build up along with the siding.
Glass, frames and screens collect the same pollen, cobwebs and outdoor film as the siding around them, so they’re rinsed as part of every house wash at no extra charge.
It’s a general clean, not detailed glass work. Mineral spots, marks inside the glass and anything on the interior panes can still be visible afterward. If those are your main concern, this rinse won’t give you that finish, and we’ll say so up front.

Yes. Mention failed seals, torn or loose screens, worn frame coatings and any known damage before the wash, so we can account for them while cleaning around the windows. Rinsing can’t repair scratched glass or a failed seal, so we’ll talk about anything that affects the result separately.
